Representing your interest in the entire process. My extensive knowledge of the areas of your interest will be invaluable to you in terms of real-estate, schools, neighborhoods, and the hidden treasures of each community we view.
Arrange and show all properties that fit your criteria. During each showing various features will be discussed and you will point out the plus and minus of each property.
Educate you in terms of the value of all properties using market statistics, recent solds, and current competition. My job is to make sure you get the best value possible.
Prepare a contract for purchase under your direction.
Negotiations on your behalf to ensure the best possible results. Negotiating can be stressful. The final contract should include the best possible terms.
Signing the documents can be complicated. You will receive a glossary of terms, Every paragraph will be explained. If needed you will be referred to a real estate attorney to work with you during this process.
Confidential material needs to be safeguarded at all times. Any information that you disclose remains private.
Help you arrange for inspections. Help make you fully aware of all inspections available to you.
Disclose to you any material affects to the property you are considering unless such disclosure is precluded by law.
Financing options are discussed.
Information is given to you in securing title services, insurance, and other service that you require needed to close the transaction
